Call 01494 401 800 and ask for the emergency helpdesk where you'll speak to a technician who will take some details about the problem you're having. We'll tell you which service options are available to you for fast resolution of your problem and agree the fee or rate for providing the service.
Please note calls are charged at standard BT rate, and you will be required to provide valid credit/debit card details before support is provided, a remote access session instigated or a service call arranged.
